The ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) program is based on the principles of behavior and learning to modify significant social behaviors. It focuses on teaching specific skills and modifying behaviors through the use of positive reinforcement. ABA therapists work in structured environments, providing personalized interventions at home, school, or in the community. They use techniques such as task analysis, modeling, shaping, and task analysis to improve communication, social, and academic skills, especially in individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
